Can someone help me read the notes in the margin on this record:

http://culturacores.azores.gov.pt/biblioteca_digital/FAL-HT-PRAIADONORTE-B-1893-1911/FAL-HT-PRAIADONORTE-B-1893-1911_item1/P123.html Right bottom record for Delfina and it continues on top of next page.  Does one note say she married Antonio Francisco Fralho on 9-22-1923?  Did he die April 14, 1976?  Then did Delfina die Jan 6, 1987 and was buried on 1-9-1987?  Also I’m not sure about the Godfather in the record, Looks like and invocation for Divine Corcao de Jesus?  The Godmother on this record is my maternal grandmother and the mother of the baby is one of her sisters.
