Yes, that's the name, Eliseu.

It's pretty rare. I have only 15 people in my database with that name. They range from the 1600s to the 1800s, at least those I have found.

I have never seen it as a first name. It's always like the example Rick found, Maria da Porciúncula.

Perciúncula or Porciúncula I think it was very used in Brasil for some time

It has been raining since 6 this morning and it is an all-day rain.  So I am working inside trying to eliminate my questions.
