Offering an insight it might be helpful to note the Azores islands, especially Graciosa and Pico were home to many Asian "slaves"/servants/workers. Such DNA finding is no surprise. The Portuguese explorers held good relationships with China (Macau) and were for a long time in Japan. That it end's up being someone from Korea, people travel.
