This record the left side marriage. Was the bride 18 and groom 46? I've been trying for several years to locate the brides moms parents. The brides mother was Maria Mello. Maybe I'm searching the wrong date but it looks to me like the bride Maria de Jesus was 18 in 1878. So she would have been born on or about 1860. Maybe someone with Mello ancestors from Nordeste can shed some light on this.
