Al, All I know my FTM 16 needs 32 bit and that is why I ordered my newest computer from HP since they are the only ones who still offered/offer?? Windows 7 as an option, and Windows 7 supports 32 and 64, at least in my computer. FTM told me that FTM 16 will not work with Windows 8. Now I suppose there are some computer geniuses who have figured out how to get around this but I am not one of those geniuses or anywhere near one.
