I keep forgetting to mention this. Those who have tested at Ancestry or 23andMe (v.3 chip) can transfer their data to Family Tree DNA for free! However, the freebie account only allows you to view your top 20 matches. If you want to use any of FTDNA's tools or contact your matches, you'd need to pay the $39 transfer fee. But with the Holiday Sale, I can get you $5 or $10 off the transfer fee.

When the next screen opens, scroll down to where it says Search By Surname and type in Azores or Madeira. When the next screen pops up, click on the link and follow the links to the end where there is a Join button.
