On Terceira, Lajes' church is Sao Miguel Arcanjo. On Pico, Lajes' church is Santa Trindade.
On Faial, Capelo has a Santissima Trindade. On Flores, in the council of Lajes, there's a Santissima Trindade in Mosteiro. Waaaay too much vinho! I'd check Pico (Lajes) first and then Terceira (Lajes). Then lastly I'd check Flores, but I really doubt that one. At least his name is Raimundo. Could be worse. By-the-way, I went to the Azores GenWeb, looked at the map section for churches with Trindade in their name. That's how I made that list. I don't do research in any of those places.
