Hi Anthony, That was a common occurrence when the situation was urgent and the child was weak some one with knowledge of the Sacrament of baptism would perform it..
The child was baptized in the church "sub conditione" under condition (term of the church) due to her having been baptized at home (usually the baby's home) by Maria de Sao Joao wife of Manuel Correia *with cause (perigo de vida) life in danger* on the 27th of October of the same month and year. There's only one baptism, the 27th. The priest is probably anointing the child and reaffirming the first act done at home. There's only one baptism in the Catholic Church! Hope this helps.
