Thanks to Cheri, I just found the passport record for my grandfather from Faial in 1908. I've been able to work my way through portions of it, but I could use some help with a full translation. He was exposto. I was hoping he may have written or noted something that might give me a hint about his parentage. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
