That would be the regular group rate price for the hotel ($90 something USD, I think) and no free nights. Rosemarie and I have kicked around the fall. I don't have the school calendars for the fall that cover that school year yet, so I don't know what to say about that. Except that the hotel will only offer us the group rate of $90 whatever USD and no free nights. No, we haven't approached Joao Ventura the archivist yet. So, if you had a preference, would it be after Easter (April), in June, or Sept? If there's enough interest and there's a preference for April, I need to get into gear fast!
