Elaine, This is why you go into each and everyone one of your kits and edit the contact information. I will use my dad as an example. First name: George Last name: Mello (contact is Cheri) Or some people write: Last name: Mello (c/o Cheri) or something along those lines.
I manage both my parents, a few cousins, and a couple of people who don't use the computer. I get more messages now that say, "Hi Cheri, I'm matching George Mello." When I get the message that they are matching "me" I write back and tell them I need the name of the person who they are matching as I manage multiple kits and I don't know where to look. I put it back on them to let me know.
