That gives me two 8th great grandfathers. Glad Canto read it before it was too late. I never would have found it if the names had not been written in the margin at a later date. Carlos Machado has Andre Carvalho Benevides and Beatriz Ferreira but his dates are off Their daughter Beatriz was baptized 31 Dec 1672.
