Aren't there 17 or 18 freguesias on Pico and the CITCEM (formerly NEPS) only has about a dozen? If you don't have the freguesia and your want to search each one, then go to the CCA (through Tombo is easier) and search ALL of them. And you might want to add 3 or even 4 years on each side of 1838 to make sure you don't miss him.
