That note was made as a result of the records audit starts saying: " of the reviewed 174 birth records in this book I note that the record numbers 6-7-8-9 etc. ............... do not conform with article 6 of the decree of 2 April 1862...." and he goes on to site the problems against certain lines of the decree.
