I am in need of help with the marriage of Francisco Gomes/z de Sequerya and Maria da Costa (Right page bottom)

I was able to just barely see on line 8 from the bottom the name Gomes/z Xapado (which I now believe was a family name - at least 3 generations used the name that I've been able to find so far.) I can't even read the date, etc. I believe this may be the 1st marriage of "my" Francis Gomez or it could be a 2nd marriage of his father; but I can tell., Any and all help/suggestions greatly (and I mean greatly) appreciated!
