Rev. Sebastiao do Rego Quintaniha died 30 July 1810, so you are very close!
He was about 90 (so born c. 1720, give or take as much as 10 years). It
says he received the sacraments and I think it says what he was buried in.
I do see a reference to the Sao Jorge church in Nordeste, but I don't know
why, since you are researching in Vila Franca. There are so many
cerificates issued from this death!  I see no mention of parents. Maybe
someone else can get more out of it. I've never seen a priest's death
before.

To research a priest, you need access to the De Genere papers. They are not
online. You have to go to Angra on Terceira, or hire someone. João Ventura,
archivist, does this type of work if you want to hire someone. His direct
