Any help with translating this passport would be greatly appreciated.
This is the passport of the grandfather of my cousin’s cousin. The
passport is listed under Francisco Manuel Aleixo on the top left on left
page. Francisco is No. 130. This passport would be the fourth passport I
found on him. I have found 4/1/1902, 12/22/1910 and 11/21/1919 with his
family accompanying him.
On this passport, it says that he is going to France and no family is
accompanying him. I can’t read where he is going in France or the
explanation. I do see where it mentions a decree of some sort. Would this
have anything to do with World War 1?

is a bit cumbersome…I’m sorry but I don’t know of another way to quickly
