My windows 8 came through with GOOGLE'S Picasa 3. I don't remember paying for it. It was installed by my Geek agent who set up my unit. If I remember correctly he told me it was free ! It is simple to use and will permit one to enter print on to pictures. Ralph E. Get Irfanview. It is free but you need to also get the Plug in IrfanPaint so that you can type text on photos.
