I can make out some of it on 21 Mar 1804 Manuel Jose Cordeiro died having received the sacraments. He was 78 years old more or less and from the parish of Sao Matheus. It looks like it goes on and says where he was buried. What I am not seeing is any relations of Manuel such as wife, parents or children.

I can't make out most of it but it seems to be mostly about the parish, the Sacraments, and the burial. I do see that he was married, a resident of that parish, and 68 years old (more or less).
