Hello group: I am trying to find my 4th great grandfather Jose de Medeiros's baptismo record, so far without any luck. According to his casamentos record to Thmoasia Roza (4th g-grandmother) he/his parents George Pereira & Quiteria de Medeiros are natural da Eremida de Nossa Senhora da junha da franca da freguesia a parochial(?) de Nossa Senhora da Greca do lugar da faial. My question is this, shoulf I be looking in the Faial de Terra records or the Ilha Faial?
