I am trying to find marriage info for my husband's great grandparents. They came from Biscoitos and would have been born right around 1900. Is there a way to access the civil registry on-line and look it up? I have their names from his grandparents but no specific marriage dates or birth dates, do I would be needing to look at a range of dates. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
