Hi Lee, I read the date as you do, 23 March 1807,
It says Jose Rapozo was baptized at Nossa Senhora da Conceicao in Mosteiros. I see his father as you do, Antonio Martins; but I see his mother as Joanna dos Reis. Quiteria Maria was baptized in Ginetes. I see her parents as you do, Luiz Pereira and Thereza Maria. I don't believe it says where the parents are from.
