I am unclear of the role António Baptista, single, is playing in this adoption, for he is mentioned several times in this and the following pages. Is he simply speaking to the accuracy of the facts, or is there more that I am missing? I do not need a complete translation, just the gist of what is written, for I get lost in the complexity of much of the document.
