I am trying to register online so that I can order a birth certificate. I go to the homepage, then click on authentication and username and password. I go to register, filling out the required info. It acts as though it will accept my registration but then renews that page. HELP!!! The only thing I can think of is if I'm putting the wrong locality. What exactly is that asking of me? ANYONE, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
