I now have Isabel's baptism record!! After so many years, so much searching, my promise to my mother is now fulfilled. I wish she were here to share this joy with me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Aaron. Your persistence and perseverance on my behalf has paid off. How do I ever thank you enough for this wonderful gift!! I can't tell you the many tears of joy this soon to be great-grandmother has shed this morning. What a wonderful Christmas 2015 will be as I share this with my family!!! As a side note, I am now contributing, as Aaron requested in lieu of payment to him, a $150 donation to the Azores DNA project. My first hope, of course, is that he or a member of his family will take advantage of this wonderful gift my children gave to me. God is good. Believe.
