Yes, date looks right. From side note husbands name is Manuel Silveira. Within actual record, husbands name looks like Manuel da Jose? Age at death was 45. It doesn't look like Parents are listed. Usually during that time parents aren't usually listed, and are only listed if it is a child's or young adult death rec.
