1) Yes 2) Yes 3) Don't know. Portuguese records don't state 2nd, 3rd marriage. This record only says that the bride and groom are both widowed. You have to do the work and find the previous marriage for both to see if either was widowed at the previous marriage or if the are listed as the son or daughter of, which usually indicates 1st marriage.
