Forgive me if this has been answered a hundred times already, I have searched through the group's history and not sure I found the answer.
My husband, of Sao Miguel ancestry, received a DNA kit from Ancestry.com for Christmas. We got his results which are linked nicely on Ancestry. I really only see one good match to another person's tree, and I have done a fair amount of research in the Sao Miguel records. Can I link this to the Azore DNA group that I have read a little about on these pages. I went to this website - https://www.familytreedna.com/group-join.aspx?Group=AzoresIslands which does make it seem like I can link it for $19 or $58. I am just not sure of the benefit of this. Any input would be great.
