Hi Richard,
Please send me the family data you are looking for. I have many people from Porto Formoso that married in Ribeirinha and the opposite. Also there are some marriages of Ribeirinha people in Conceição. May be I have a link to them… eliseu De: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Em nome de Richard Francis Pimentel Enviada: 12 de junho de 2016 19:25 Para: [email protected] Assunto: RE: [AZORES-Genealogy] Tough Record to read Thanks Margaret you make it look so easy and has me wondering why I did not see that. I am looking for the birth of Maria who married in Santissimo Salvador on 22 Feb 1892 at the age of 18. The records said she was baptized in Santissimo Salvador but I have been through the records in the 1873-1874 time frame four or five times and this is the closest I have come. The problem is if it was the record I am looking for they should be Ignacio Vieira and Maria de Jesus. Trying to bridge the gap between great grandparents and parents is not easy. If I could only find the marriage of the parents. The ink is faded. What I cannot read is the first name of the Paternal grandfather 12th line down. It looks like it may be Francisco but it could be Ignacio. I also need the last name of the maternal grandfather on the 13th line.
