Subject: [AZORES-Genealogy] Salt Lake City Conference
Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know that besides Cheri and I teaching at the Conference
we will also have three ladies researching, that between them have almost 100
years of experience!! They would be Kathy Cardoza, Susan Vargas Murphy and
Doris Mello!! Along with their Azorean experience, Louise Polsky will attend
and she has been doing Madeiran research for over 30 years! These ladies all
belonged to my Portuguese Ancestry group which began in the 1990's and have, as
I said, almost 100 years of experience. So, including Cheri and I there is
almost 200 years of experience in the Portuguese records! Wow, when I sat down
and thought about it I really thought, what a treasure trove of memories,
research stratagies and stories to tell! Cheri and I are both getting so
excited about the trip and Conference, seeing old friends and meeting the new
people!! See you in September!!
