Thank you everyone! It is Luz! I have their marriage from several years ago when I had Joao Ventura do some research for me. Good to have their passport info.
I have also found their ship manifest, The Mormugao. Interestingly, it ran aground on Block Island. Hard to imagine them sailing to a strange country and that happening.
