Registration # 481 of that month. On May 6 1975 No. 2 - Faleceu na freguesia de Sao Jose desta cidade no dia de hoje (houje) - Assento no. 467 - Em vinte e tres de Junho de mil novecentos setenta e oito. (Passed away in the parish of Sao Jose of this city, this day. Registration # 467 Jun 23 1978 Those are the registration numbers for those records.
