Definitely gets chopped in half. I think they are probably seeing the 1/2 and 
thinking that is all there is to the record. My suggestion is to save the 
truncated image. Download another page and draw a rectangle on the image 
containing a full graphic of the area hat is missing on the bad image. When you 
send them the two, they may get a better idea of what is actually missing on 
the truncated image.
