Hello - I am hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction.

My great-grand parents immigrated to the US in 1902 from the Azores (I
believe Sao Miguel). My great-grandfather has a very uncommon name, Manuel
Secia born est 1877 and my great-grand mother has an extremely common name,
Maria de Mello born est 1868-1874, so both are hard to trace. I have looked
for both and can not find the last name Secia in Portugal and I can not
find a Maria de Mello around 1868-1874 that got married immigrated to the
US. They did have one child in the Azores Mary J Secia 1901 before they
immigrated but I can not find anything on the birth. I did take a DNA test
and it has linked me to a couple distance cousins in the Azores with the
last name of Goulart but we can not figure out how we are linked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
