San Leandro has one or two of the volumes, but they do not loan them out. All of these places have been "burned" by people not returning the books. It's been a while since I have been to San Leandro, but it's a very nice place to visit, and the ladies were helpful, too. The library is kind of a mishmash of Portuguese stuff, most not dedicated to genealogy. There are books you can take out. Fiction, cookbooks, travel books etc.
