I forgot your last question. I don't believe it says where any are from, but it does say they are all parishioners of that same parish so they are likely from there (but still could be from somewhere else).
I do also see that they are related to a prohibited degree for which they received a dispensation, but I do not see specifically what that prohibited degree is.
