I wish you every success! An update on my order: On Wednesday, I received a "Sorry we missed you" delivery tag from the Post Office. It seems that the book was shipped with a Signature Confirmation required on delivery. I haven't been able to go to the PO to attempt to claim it yet because of work. So, the book arrived quite quickly, though I don't have it in hand just yet. I'll report back again when I do.
