Any book was done by humans and any human can make errors. So whether
that's in your own database, the CITCEM (old NEPS), or any book, yes,
errors do exist.

Best to verify it with documents at the CCA. If the book goes beyond the
records of the CCA, then you're going on blind faith and hoping most of it
is right.
