Sam, This record is not a marriage record. It is an "Order" or "Mandate" from the Head Priest addressed to the Priest of Santa Barbara to receive the couple named along with the details of his signed approval.
You will note there is no specific marriage date, other than the date at the bottom where he signed off. Usually these mandates were kept separately.
