Hi, Happy Easter!
Seeing 'massa sevada' reminded me of a Portuguese/Italian/English question about one of our Easter treats. My Portuguese grandmother made an Italian pastry (sort of anisette biscotti). I remember watching as she shaped the dough into intricate baskets, bunnies, etc. My question is re what she called it. It sounds like (Rishh-kee-lee-ah). No English translation. I can't find a word (or multiple words?) like that in my dictionaries and guessing at random spelling attempts on Google Translate isn't working.
