The site goes up and down. It's intermittent. I have emailed the "Time
Sensitive" email addy and notified the powers that be at FTDNA.

In the meantime, if you can't get your order to go through, email me so I
have the date and time on your email. In your email, tell me if it's a new
order or adding on Family Finder to an existing member. And how many you
want. I will then forward the emails to FTDNA. They are good at honoring
this stuff when there's snafus.

P.S. The site came back up and I got Denise's order processed successfully.
