Since I don't live in northern CA, I have no idea. I know my city is just a little smaller than all of Graciosa, with a population slightly larger than Sao Miguel. I figure people can look up stats on their own city (or neighboring city or major metropolitan area) to get a feel for it. And then see why we married cousins!
I knew what the 3 largest islands were (off the top of my head) but didn't know for sure which was the 3rd smallest.
