Domingos: baptized 30 December 1887 in Calheta, born on 28 December 1887, legitimate son of Antonio Domingos d'Azevedo (something about America) and Isabel Augusta de Borba, both natives of this parish, received and residents of Bisoutos (sic). Paternal grandparents: Domingos Jose d'Azevedo and Maria Jose da Encarnação. Maternal grandparents are Joao Machado de Borba and Maria Faustina d'Azevedo. Godparents are the same maternal grandfather, laborer, and godmother is Anna Faustina d'Azevedo, single, residents of the same place of Biscoutos. Rough translation, but I think I have it correct.
