Bill, Since I work in the Catholic Church I am very familiar with the terms and how they are entered these days so I had a feeling that was what I had in this record. He must have been really sick if he was anointed as well so I will go and take a look at the Death Register around the same time to see if he made it or not. Thanks for your help!
