Listers, I would like to add to that if you have older members in the family be sure to test them now. My husband has traced his paternal line with a Y-DNA and also did FF. However, there is no living female in his family for her to do an mtDNA to follow his maternal line. He had only one sister and she had 4 sons and is now deceased. My husband is particularly interested in the mtDNA line of his family and I'm afraid he is out of luck.
