Hello Deb,

Thank you so very much for reaching out to me. I started an email to you
last night and didn't have a chance to finish it. I work graveyard and I
am trying to get everything done so I can be off after tonight until the
new year!!!

I do have a tree on Ancestry - it's public - "Combined Family Tree of Adena
Robello Rollins" - and my user name is
Adena Robello-Rollins

There are several Robello's on the tree - my Dad grew up mainly around 2nd
street in the projects. Off the top of my head I can think of 5th St,
Ettie St, Atlantic St...I attempted to look on the website that is
referenced in the group to look for information of family coming over from
the Azores to Hawaii and California but I am stumped with the language
translation. My Dad is Franklin Tavis Robello, and his Dad is Manuel Tavas
Robello. I am not certain that Joe (Joseph) or (Joao) was my GGrandpa's
name or not however with DNA matches and some corresponding with those
matches I have found out my Grandpa, Manuel, had a couple of brothers and a
sister in Oakland at the same time!

This whole process is extremely fascinating - I am determined to learn as
much as I can to be able to help others in the future as well.

Thank you SO VERY MUCH for any information you can help me with.

Adena~
