Did your Manuel Souza Garcia marry an Isabel Jacinta? You said your Manuel was born in 1882-1892, yet, you are providing a MARRIAGE in 1882. You really need your freguesia. Pico is the 3rd most populated island. You are going to find many Manuels and Isabels that will fit your family. If you are in the U.S., what research have you done with U.S. records? Which records have you looked at?
