Ummm, you're asking an Azorean genealogy list about something that could be a Russian passport? I know of no one who is of Portuguese/Russian descent on this list. Maybe there is. Or maybe someone married into their family who is of Russian descent and knows. But I doubt you'll get any help for a Russian passport here.
As for American passports, I did write about that since some of our Azorean ancestors obtained American passports. Actually, this is the same for anyone who obtained an American passport.
