I was texting with my granddaughter this morning and she is expecting a new great grandson for us.she said they have a Godfather and she is not sure they will name a Godmother..so I was thinking maybe telling her about the Portuguese tradition of naming a Saint like in the old days. Have any of you done this recently? It's a boy so what Saint should I suggest (like in the old days?) or did they only do this for girls???
