Hello, I am new to this group and am looking for help with my Azores family. My grandmother was Mary Rose from Lemoore, California. Her father was Manuel Rose (son of Manuel Rose and Isabella Soares or Treza) and her Mother was Lauriana Rose Simas Rose Ormond (daughter of Manuel Rose and Maria deBrum). If anyone has any information on how I can find out more information, it would be greatly appreciated. Apparently they were from Faial and/or Pico islands of the Azores. Thanks so much for the help.
